Ep 9: SELF SABOTAGE is holding you back and you don't even realise it. How YOU can change this to UNLOCK NEW LEVELS in your life.

On the week building up to my first half marathon race, I sat down to discuss and reflect on the training journey. It's come with a great realisation of the limiting beliefs and self sabotage that I have experienced in my life so far.
