How to manage ALCOHOL and FAT LOSS. My journey with Sobriety and fitness.

Todays episode takes a deep dive into my relationship with alcohol and fitness. I discuss the affects it has had on my life - from party girl to sober to now - I take you through how each phase has made me feel and where I am today. I then discuss how you can manage your fat loss / fitness performance goals and alcohol, discussing if it really is necessary to cut it out completely, or if you can manage the two together.
