In todays episode I break down 5 tips for those of you wanting to get into running. This year I went from barely being able to do a 5km run (mainly because I never wanted to) to completing my first half marathon in 1:47. 
 
I was always someone who said they were 'not a runner' - so these tips come from someone who has recently gone through the process of learning, and I wish I knew these tips when I started!

On the week building up to my first half marathon race, I sat down to discuss and reflect on the training journey. It's come with a great realisation of the limiting beliefs and self sabotage that I have experienced in my life so far. 
 
I discuss my thoughts and feelings up to the race, how my training has gone and how the my mental shifts have allowed me to stop holding myself back. We finish discussing how YOU can do the same.
